We start every engagement by looking at what is really happening in the business before recommending anything. That means reading the numbers, not just listening to the pitch a client gives us about what they think the problem is.
Once we understand the current state, we agree on what success looks like in plain, measurable terms. Then we build in short cycles so you see real, working progress every couple of weeks, not a single big reveal at the end of a project.
